The Processing Period
Your furniture will be custom-made at our workshop in Turkey once your purchase is placed. Usually, production takes two to three weeks. Your items will be sent and delivered to your home within 4–6 weeks of receiving your order.
Depending on the products, there may be differences in the manufacturing and preparation time for delivering your purchase. For precise processing periods, please refer to the specifications of each particular item.
Location might also affect shipping times.
Charges for Shipping and Duties
• Delivery: All orders come with free shipping.
• Duties: Shipments to the United States of America are duty-free.
Packaging & Delivery
We package our items with special attention to ensure that they arrive in a perfect state. Every item is protected and tightened with special materials.
Please get in touch with us right once and report any product damage that occurs outside of the box to the delivery staff. If a replacement is needed, we will make arrangements for it.
Taxes On Imports and Customs
US orders are sent duty-free.
Any import taxes and customs fees that may apply are the buyer's responsibility. Delays resulting from customs processes are not our responsibility.
VAT or import taxes are often covered by your purchase price. Deliveries to Canada, the EU, and the UK, however, can incur extra VAT fees, as determined by government agencies working with shipping firms. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly with any queries or concerns.
Delivery and Inspection of Furniture
Delivery
• Email reminders about the furniture delivery schedule will be sent to you.
• Since the delivery staff is coordinating with other customers, it is crucial that you adhere to the specified delivery time. It might be difficult for us to reschedule.
• There shouldn't be any obstacles in the delivery location.
• The delivery company will give you the product to your door; they will not move any furniture.
Inspection:
Examine your furniture as soon as you get and record any damage on the shipper's waybill. Record any problems, no matter how little, and obtain a signature from the delivery team.
Should damage be discovered, get in touch with us right away and send us pictures so we can address it.
• Rather of replacing minor damages, we may choose to pursue repairs.
• Report any missing hardware or components right away, and we'll help with replacements or reorders.
Important Notice:
We are unable to help with replacements or repairs for damage found later if you do not examine your furniture when it is delivered.
Absence of Comment Means No Problems
By confirming that your item arrived in fine condition and signing the delivery slip without making any complaints, you absolve us and our shipping partners of all responsibility for damage.
